Fees: Payable by the 1st of each month for 12 months (January–December). No refunds for absences, public holidays, or school holidays. Fees are subject to annual increases.

Late Fees: R100 for fees not paid by the 1st, plus R50 per day until settled. Outstanding accounts referred to TPN Credit Bureau and independent debt collectors.

Late Collection: R50 per 15 minutes after 17:30.

Notice: One calendar month written notice required to withdraw. November is not a notice month. Notices given in October/November require fees to be paid through to end of December.

Medical: Staff may administer first aid. In emergencies where parents are unreachable, the centre may seek medical treatment — all costs are the parent's responsibility.

Liability: Terrific Tutoring is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property, or for injuries to your child on or off the premises.

Right of Admission: Terrific Tutoring reserves the right to refuse admission for unpaid fees or to terminate enrolment on two weeks' notice for breach of terms.

Transport: If applicable, all indemnity terms apply. Extra transport beyond agreed routes is charged at AA rates. Children must behave appropriately in transport at all times.

Stationary: The stationary list will be sent out at the end of January each year.

We, the Parents/Guardians of the above-mentioned child, hereby agree:

1. To accept and abide by all terms and conditions, rules, regulations and policies of Terrific Tutoring.
2. That Terrific Tutoring will care for my child to the best of their ability, and any staff member or entity connected to the school will not accept liability for any claim arising from any accident or injury to my child while in the care of Terrific Tutoring, on or outside their premises. I waive any such claims in my personal capacity and as parent/guardian.
3. Not to hold Terrific Tutoring or any staff member liable for lost, stolen, damaged property or injuries to property of my child or any person directly or indirectly related to my child.
4. That staff at Terrific Tutoring may administer first aid in the case of any accident or injury.
5. That Terrific Tutoring has the right to send home or refuse receipt of my child during times of illness, to protect other children, until the condition is diagnosed, stabilised and/or a medical certificate is issued.
6. To contact Terrific Tutoring immediately if my child contracts a contagious disease so that other parents can be informed.
7. To give Terrific Tutoring permission to take my child to any surrounding medical centre for emergency treatment should any emergency arise and I am unreachable. I acknowledge that all medical expenses are my responsibility.
8. That Terrific Tutoring reserves the right to terminate the enrolment of my child on two weeks' notice in the event of a breach of any terms and conditions.
9. That if transport is required, a transportation fee will be added. Any additional transportation other than what is stated will be charged at AA rates.
